		<description>Visual Studio is a pretty bulky tool, but a useful tool.

One note of caution...once you enable script debugging in IE, it basically becomes useless for normal browsing.  (More so than usual)  Try loading up the Washington Post with that bad boy on if you want to see what I mean...you will be prompted to debug about 20 separate script call-ins.</description>
